This raffle directly supports the Visalia Police Officer’s Foundation. The Foundation supports ALL first responders throughout Tulare County and beyond. We have created programs to bring much-needed equipment (such as our Trauma Kits) to our Law Enforcement First Responders. We understand there is a gap between department budgets and what equipment is purchased. We strive to bridge that gap in helping to provide critical and life-saving equipment.
